AC Brotherhood 100% Check List

Complete all story missions on 100% sync.

You come across one of these, the Halls of Nero, in Sequence 2, Memory 7, but there are also five more Lairs that you have the option of completing. The reward for this is the Armor of Brutus and the Dagger of Brutus, which you can only get to if you bring all 6 Keys of Romulus to the Romulus Treasure, the yellow-ish symbol on your map. Below I will list all of the Romulus Lairs and their 100% Synch requirements. Also, all locations for the Romulus Lairs are marked on your Map.
It shall be listed as "Mission", location and 100 Synch requirement

"The Halls of Nero" at the Terme di Traiano - Complete the memory within 8 minutes.
"Wolves Among the Dead" at the Catacombe di Roma - Complete the memory within 8 minutes.
"Thrown to the Wolves" at IL Colosseo - Do not lose more than 3 blocks of health.
"Leader of the Pack" at the Cloaca Maxima - Do not lose more than 10 health squares.
"The Sixth Day" at the Palazzo Laterano - Do not lose more than a block of health.
"A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing" at the Basilica di San Pietro -Complete the memory within 8 minutes.

Without spoiling anything, you must destroy 4 War Machines, which are marked by "L"s on your map. Completing all of these missions will award you with Parachutes. Completing any of these missions individually will award you with a model of the machine you destroy. However, there are two Missions for each War Machine, one for killing the Overseer to get the map to the machine, and one for actually destroying the machine. Format is "Mission", Full Synch requirement and reward

"War Plans" - Send the Mercenaries into a fight
"Outgunned"-Do not kill anybody before destroying the blueprints, Machine Gun Model

"War Plans"- Use the kick attack against the Overseer
"Loose Cannon"- Open 1 of the first 3 gates, Naval Cannon Model

"War Plans"- Use a smoke bomb to stun the Overseer.
"Flying Machine 2.0"- Do not get shot while using the Bomber, Bomber Model

"War Plans"-Use the pistol to kill the Overseer.
"Hell on Wheels"- Do not take damage while using the tank., Tank Model

In the game, Rome is controlled by the Borgia. It is one of your goals to liberate each area by killing the Borgia captain and igniting the Borgia Tower of each area.

One of the primary focuses of the game is to completely renovate everything wrong with Rome. Throughout the game, you'll renovate the shops of Doctors, Tailors, Blacksmiths, Art Merchants, Banks, Tunnel Entrances, Horse Stables, fix Broken Aqueducts, renovate empty faction buildings, and buy landmarks! A mini reward here is that if you renovate all of the stables, War horses will spawn at stables. Note that the Doctors which you renovate are those with the larger shops like the other stores, not the smaller stands which are there at the start of the game. Also note that you can choose who you want to inhabit an Empty Faction Building, Courtesans, Mercenaries, or Thieves. I personally gave three buildings to each, three types per district. The reward for all of this is the Auditore Cape which you can equip to permanently keep your Notoriety down. By the time you're done with all of this, you should have:

56 Doctors Total, 16 which you must renovate
18 Tunnel Entrances
17 Blacksmiths
13 Landmarks
12 Tailors
10 Art Shops
10 Banks
9 Horse Stables
9 Faction Buildings
8 Broken Aqueducts

At a certain point, you will be able to kill Templar Agents.

"Down to Earth" -Kill your target with the hidden blade.
"Counter-Propaganda"-Kill your target with the hidden blade.
"Excommunication"-Kill Brother Ristoro by air assassination
"Firing Line"-Kill the target using the hidden blade within 45 seconds.
"Red-Handed"-Kill your target with the hidden blade.
"The Ringer"-Kill only Donato Mancini

You'll be able to sift through all 5 of Ezio's repressed memories if you can get your Overall Synchronization to 75% (note you will be able to play the missions one by one every few increments of synch) Get your synch higher by getting 100% synch on missions. There are no rewards or 100% synch requirements for the Cristina Memories.

These missions are assigned to you by Niccolo, and are accessed at various Pigeon Coops across Rome.

"Two's Company"-Kill both targets with your hidden blade.
"Tactical Correction"-Finish the memory within 2 minutes.
"...And Three's a Crowd"-Kill the 3 targets within 2 minutes.
"Serf's Terf"- Assassinate 2 guards with the hidden blade.
"The Three Amici"-Kill the targets with the hidden blade.
"Red Letter Day"-Kill both targets in under 60 seconds.
"The Merchant of Rome"-Use the Assassin Recruits to assist in a diversion.
"Bearers of Bad News"-Do not let your targets call for reinforcements.
"Cardinal Sin"-Kill only the cardinal.
"Turning the Tables"-Kill at least 1 Brute, 1 Seeker, and 1 Papal Guard with his own weapon.
"Graduation"-Do not lose any health squares.
"Brutes and Brutality"-Kill all targets in under 15 seconds.

Courtesans scattered across Rome will also assign you missions.

"Property Dispute"-Stop Santino before he beats up the Courtesan.
"Old Habits Die Hard"-Assassinate the target from a hiding spot.
"The Morning After"-Complete the mission in under 400 seconds.
"Running Scared"-Kill only the ambassador.
"Live Bait"-Kill a target using the ledge grab.
"Malpractice"-Do not kill the doctor.
"Closing In"-Kill the target using the hidden blade.
"Bad Politics"-Kill all targets in under 60 seconds.
"Troublemakers"-Finish the mission with both mercenaries above half health.
"Ghostwriting"-Complete the mission in under 2 minutes 20 seconds.

There are 5 challenges you can complete wherever you want. For completing all of these, you earn the Sword of Altair weapon, and the Assassin's Crest, the latter of which is displayed at Ezio's Hideout. You must:

- Signal Assassin Recruits during a fight 25 times.
- Use Arrow Storm 15 times. (Only usable when you have 3 Assassin Signals)
- 20 Assassin Recruits signaled to kill a target.
- 5 Assassin Recruits signaled within a Core Memory
- At least 5 recruits raised to the rank of Assassin (Level 10)

There are 10 challenges you can complete for this guild. Starting the challenges will award you with a discount when hiring Mercenaries. Complete 5 to get the Mercenary Crest for display at Ezio's Hideout, and compete all 10 to get Bartolomeo's Axe.

-Send Mercenary groups to attack guards 10 times.-
-Kill 5 guards by throwing them into scaffolds
-Kill 25 Brutes
-Kill 25 Papal Guards
-Kill 25 guards while you ride a horse
-Kill 10 horse riding guards by air assassinating them
-Perform 10 Double Assassinations
-Disarm and kill 5 guards with their own weapons
-Kill 5 guards within 10 seconds 5 times
-Have 10 streaks of at least 5 kills

There are 10 challenges you can complete for this guild. Starting the challenges will award you with a discount when hiring Courtesans. Complete 5 for hired Courtesans will poison guards and the Courtesan Guild Crestfor display at Ezio's Hideout, and compete all 10 to get Maria's Dagger.

-Send 10 Courtesan groups to distract guards
-Evade 10 enemies using hide spots
-Kill 20 enemies stationed at guard posts using the Crossbow without being detected.
-Command 10 horses without killing the guard riding it.
-Hide 5 dead bodies in wells or haystacks.
-Poison 15 guards
-Kill 20 guards during a smoke bomb attack
-Assassinate 10 guards from behind.
-Kill 5 guards from blend spots.

There are 10 challenges you can complete for this guild. Starting the challenges will award you with a discount when hiring Thieves. Complete 5 for hired Thieves will pickpocket people and the Thieves Guild Crestfor display at Ezio's Hideout, and compete all 10 to get La Volpe's Bite.

-Send 10 Thief groups to lure guards.
- Sprint uninterrupted for 300 meters.
-Jump from a horse to a beam 20 times.
-Perform 40 Leaps of Faith.
-Dive into water from a height of 25 meters.
-Pickpocket 250 florins.
-Glide a cumulative total of 500 meters with the Parachute.
-Kill 25 guards with a ranged weapon.
-Air assassinate 5 guards from a beam.

There are a total of 24 Viewpoints in Rome, half of which you'll do automatically when igniting Borgia towers. They're marked by Eagles on your Map.

There are a total of 101 Borgia Flags in the game, 83 of which are in Rome, 18 of which are in the 6 Lairs of Romulus. The reward for collecting all 101 is the Borgia Cape which can be equipped to keep your Notoriety at 0, like the Auditore Cape.

There are 144 Treasures in red chests scattered around Rome. These contain a couple hundred Florins and a trade item. These are especially useful for Shop Quests, especially the elusive 2 Shrunken Heads, as there is one in the Palazzo Laterano's last area, and one in the Antico District.

Your Brotherhood can have a maximum of 12 recruits. Work them all the way up to Assassins, Level 10, for a close to unstoppable force! Send your recruits on contracts to gain experience, and money and sometimes rare Trade Items for you!
