I strongly recommend to use this map while you play.

You will obtain these achievements when you proceed through main quest.

If you want to get all achievements without completing game second time, you should do them as they're presented here. Also, I recommend to copy save-file somewhere when Seneschal offer you to live with illusions in Cassardis or to fight once more time. You can find save-files here: Steam\userdata\...\367500\remote

Solitude
When Grigori asks you if you want fight back or go, just go. He asks you once more, answer "Yes" and go. After cutscene achievement will pop and you can try to choose the right decision again. Servitude
Let Seneschal kill you. After cutscene you will get the achievement and another try to defeat him. Peace
Seneschal offer you to live with illusions in Cassardis or to fight once more time. Just turn back and go to Cassardis. Mercy
After defeating the Seneschal, he offers you to kill him. Just do it and achievement is yours. Closure
After you defeated the Seneschal, find in your inventory Godsbane and use it on you -- kill yourself.

Headshunter
Defeat Hydra or Archydra. You can find Archydra in Everfall, in Chamber of Hesitation. Use

Defeat an Evil Eye. You can find Evil Eye in Everfall, in Chamber of Sorrow. Use map[vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net] if you're stuck. Serpents' Bane
Defeat wyrm, drake and wyvern. You can find wyrm iin Everfall in Chamber of Distress. Use
map[vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net] if you're stuck.
Drake spawns every seven game-days here[vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net], near the Shadow Fort.
Wyvern can be found in Bluemoon tower, it spawns every three game-weeks but only after you defeated Grigori, main villian of the game. The Messiah
Defeat Ur-Dragon. You can find Ur-Dragon in Everfall, in Chamber of Lament. Use map[vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net] if you're stuck. Also, if you've started NG+ you can try yourself in battle with Ur-Dragon if you use rift stone on beach in Cassardis (go to beach, then turn right and go there).

The Laborer
Completed 50 notice board quests. Board quests can be obtained in Cassardis (inn), Gran-Soren (inn, pawn guild, tavern in marketplace) and in the Encampment. The Specialist
Learn all the skills of a single vocation. The Captain
Enlisted 70 pawns. The Philanthropist
Gave 50 presents. When you talk to npc, there is an option "Give present". Just do it 50 times. Affinity and Beyond
Raised a person's affinity to the maximum. It's easy to do with achivement "The Philanthropist". To raise npc's affinity you need to do it's quests and give it presents. The Veteran
Kill 3000 enemies. The Coin Collector
Earned a total of 10,000,000 G. Do quests, sell things, use trinket which increases amount of gold you find. Well Equipped
Obtain in total 350 pieces of armor and weapons. Buy all armor and weapons, but dublicates don't count. 100
Earn 100 level. 200
Earn 200 level.

The Hero
Completed all pre-planned, non-notice board quests. If you haven't done all quests in one playthrough, you can complete all that left in NG+. I strongly recommend to use this guide. The Escort
You need to complete any escort quest without NPC you need to protect getting hurt. It's easy to achieve when you travel to Gran Soren with Mercedes. The Patron
Help Madeleine open her shop. After escorting the pawn, Rook, to the Encampment go back to Cassardis and find Madeleine in Pablos' Inn. Escort her to the Encampment in "Guard Duty" quest and after going inside the Encampment talk to her, give her the 1,000 G she asks for.
After completing "A Matter of Myrmidons" and "Lure of the Abyss" quests, find the NPC Mason in the Gran Soren marketplace to start the quest "Chasing Shadows". After completing this quest return to abandoned house (opposite Black Cat shop) and talk to Madeleine. Achievement should pop after dialogue. The Savior
Use a Wakestone to restore the dead to life. It can be used if you have one in your inventory and you died. Also, it can be used during quest "Reaper's scorn". Quest can be obtained in forge opposite Pawn Guild. Dragon Forged
Strengthened equipment in wyrmfire. It's easy to get this achievement after you killed Grigori, main villian of the game. Human Resources
Change your vocation. It can be change in Gran-Soren, in Union Inn. Just talk to Asalam (innkeeper) and choose "Change vocation" in dialogue list. Inhuman Resources
Change your main pawn's vocation. Same as "Human resources". It can be change in Gran-Soren, in Union Inn. Just talk to Asalam (innkeeper) and choose "Change vocation" in dialogue list. Choose your pawn, not your character. Foreign Recruit
Enlisted a pawn to your party from beyond the rift. Find any rift stone, use it, talk to any pawn you like and invite it to your party. Local Recruit
Directly enlisted a pawn to your party. In Gran-Soren near Pawn Guild there are a lot pawns you can invite to your party. Just talk to them, accept them into your party and achievement will pop. The Knave
This achievement can be obtained by commissioning Montebank, the scrivener of the Black Cat in Gran Soren, to create a forgery. You need to forge items like wakestones, idols or portcrystals to gain achievement.
If achievemnt doesn't pop after you get a forgery, then try this method. The Artisan
Combine two materials to make an item. Just combine one ingredient in your inventory with another. A Queen's Regalia
This achievement can be obtained by equipping a male party member with the Set of Lady's Garb or Captain's Armor Set, which can be bought in Black Cat shop in Gran-Soren.

Into Dripstone Cave
After you've defeated Hydra in Encampment, go back to Cassardis. Near the well there will be a guard, who'll give you quest to explore the well. Go there and achievement will pop. Into the Manse
Visit duke's manse. This achievement can be obtained by setting foot into The Blighted Manse, which is located in Northern Gransys near a Healing Spring and Rest Camp.
The Blighted Manse will only be accessible once the quest "Duchess In Distress" has been started. This quest will be available after quest "Reward and Resposibility". To begin quest you need to talk with Mirabele in duke's castle in Gran-Soren. Into the Ancient Quarry
Enter ancient quarry, which is located opossite Gran-Soren.

Enter Soulflayer Canyon. It's located near Catacombs, opposite Windbluff tower. Use this map[i.imgur.com] if you're stuck. Into the Frontier Caverns
Enter southwestern caves. You can get in there from the Shadow Fort, where you'll be on main quest. Use this map[images4.wikia.nocookie.net] if you're stuck.

These achivements can be obtained only on Bitterblack Isle, which is available in the beginning of the game. However I recommend to go there on second walkthrough.
