Perfect deliveries require you to be on time, get no fines and not take any damage. Time isn't really strict in the game, so you can probably ignore it. Fines can be disabled in the gameplay settings if you wish. You get fines for things like speeding or running a red light. As for the damage: only damage to the cargo is taken into account. If you take any damage to your truck or trailer it's no problem at all, even during quick jobs.
Any achievement related to distance only accounts for the distance travelled by road. Any distance covered by for example ferries will be ignored. The travel distance by road is shown on the top right of the map when you select a new job.
In cases where you need to do a list of jobs in a specific order, or do things in consecutive jobs of a specific type, it's in most cases perfectly fine to do other jobs / achievements in between and continue later. If you can't find the specific job you need you can restart the game to refresh the list. This doesn't apply for external contracts as they are tied to real world time.
Base Game
Let's start with a classic. These achievements used to require you to unlock 100% of the map. If you had any map expansions installed this quickly became very tedious. And if you missed one tiny highway exit somewhere, well, too bad. It was the sole reason a lot of people never 100% this game.
But luckily for you this has been reworked. When you drive over roads they turn from light gray to yellow on the navigation. To unlock some extra roads you can do some tricks. First you can just do whatever the default navigation tells you when you visit a city for the first time. If you visit the city again from the same direction you can add extra navigation points to force yourself to use the national roads or secondary routes. You can also exit the highway to visit rest stops and gas stations in case you already unlocked the main road, even if you don't need to be there. Lastly you can of course use free roam if you can't find a job over a specific road.
I have no clue how long it takes to complete now, but I bet it's not even close as bad as the dozens of hours it used to take with the old system.
When finishing a job you are given 2-3 options on where to park your trailer, each with increasing difficulty and bonus XP. For this achievement you need to pick the option which doesn't give any XP, as it will park the trailer for you.
Can't be missed, as you probably need to refuel your truck after your first few small jobs, and you can't continue the game without doing so.
In most cities and near most highway fuel stations you can find parking places with a hotel bed icon. Simply park your truck there, turn off the engine and wait for a prompt to start sleeping. If the prompt doesn't show up, your character probably isn't sleepy yet and you need to drive a bit more. Also make sure you didn't turn off fatigue simulation in the gameplay settings.
The base game has just enough options to pick from. If you are playing with map expansions you will have a ton more options. Just look for dashed lines on the map to find cities with a ferry.
The channel train is located between Calais and Dover.
Use the "Buy Online" option in the dealer overview when looking for a new truck. You need to own at least five trucks to enable this feature.
One of the first customization options is metallic paint. Just pick any color. Other paint jobs which can be recolored do not count.
- DAF
- Iveco
- MAN
- Mercedes-Benz
- Renault
- Scania
- Volvo
These show up as grey icons with a question mark, which unlock when you get near. They are available in most cities, though not all of them. Usually you don't need to enter the actual property and driving by is enough.
Base Game (Continued)
You can just take some really short jobs within the same city to easily get this.
You can combine these three in one delivery. You need to have six points in the Long Distance skill before you get such long jobs though. These are more likely to show up in cities near the border of the map and show up more frequently if you have map expansions installed.
To be honest you don't even need to try to get these. You will get them eventually when going for all the other achievements. If you really want to get it as quickly as possible you could write down which jobs you did and choose new jobs based on that list.
- Curtainsiders & Dry Freighters
- Refrigerated & Insulated
- Cisterns
- Container Chassis
- Bulk Carriers
- Flatbeds
- Lowbeds
- Inloaders
- Livestock
- Special Transport (requires DLC)
This one tends to be a bit nasty, as you need to earn 2 XP per kilometer, while you only get 1 XP per kilometer. To cover that difference you need to rely on bonuses from cargo types, job priority, distance and parking. But that's just such a hassle to keep track of. Do it the easy way: special transport jobs give more than 2 XP per kilometer without the need to take any bonuses in account. Just keep doing those jobs repeatedly (and you might as well grab some of those achievements along the way) and you will get this with little trouble.
First start an urgent job (indicated by three arrows) with the minimum distance. You need at least two points in the Just-In-Time Delivery skill to make these jobs show up. Time isn't really strict in this game, so you probably will arrive way in time. If you are too early, just park somewhere along the road or in the city till there's less than 30 minutes left. Don't wait on the company's property, as time progresses much slower there. You can take a look at the job information screen (F6) to check the remaining time.
Open the map, select your headquarters and then press the travel option, which will cost you some time and money. Your headquarters is the garage you picked as starting location when you first started your save and will have a different icon on the map.
All the garages in the game you buy will be of medium size. The only exception is your headquarters, which will start with as a small size. Garages can be upgraded for money, unlocking more slots. You simply need to upgrade one of the garages in the same country as your headquarters once. If you picked Luxembourg as starting location there are no other cities, so then you will need to upgrade twice.
Every city has one garage. They cost 180k to unlock and upgrading them is not required. There are also some other named locations on the map, like towns, harbours or industry. These have a smaller circle and smaller name tag. These locations do not have a garage. Buying garages is a good strategy to earn money and is also required for some other achievements. The base game offers enough cities to easily get this. Playing with map expansions will give you more options.
As long as you keep investing in new garages and employees whenever you can, you don't really have to put effort into this. As you progress you will get hundreds of employees. By just playing and fast traveling around you will get these eventually before finishing the other achievements.
For this achievement you must not use autoparking to complete a job and pick the option that requires you to reverse at least once. Usually this is the most difficult option. The amount of XP you get for parking does not matter.
Driving Academy
There are 31 scenarios in the Truck Driving Basics training program, but you need to do all prior scenarios before you can do the exams, so you basically need to do them all. Take your time, you don't really have to hurry. Some chapters have restrictions for other achievements which you can find below. Make sure to follow all instructions, even when they seem silly, as failing to do so will end the scenario.
Assuming you play with automatic transmission (default): before starting chapter two go to the menu, click options and then controls. Under the section transmission set the mode from Simple Automatic to Sequential. I also recommend setting Smart Sequential Shifting enabled. When using this mode you sometimes automatically shift multiple gears based on your speed, so it makes it a bit easier. This still counts for the achievement. Then proceed to play using shift / ctrl to shift up / down. There are 24 scenarios in the three chapters combined, so you can do a few with automatic transmission if you struggle. Doing the same scenario over and over does not work.
Just follow the instructions and don't mess up! If you go really slow it ain't that difficult. You need to do five unique scenarios for this to count. The first five scenarios of chapter three are fairly easy so they are a good option, but pick whatever suits you.
In the first scenario of chapter four you basically have to move backwards in a straight line so this is really easy to accomplish. If you still struggle, just go really slow and adjust accordingly.
Don't press any of the numeric keys to change your camera and you are good to go. The first few scenarios are shorter and easier, but again pick anything that suits you.
- Only use the interior camera while driving.
- Limit the amount of direction changes (varies per scenario).
- Finish within the time limit (varies per scenario).
As with all driving academy achievements the first few scenarios are easier and make them a good candidate for doing at least the consecutive stars. Compared to most achievements in the game these actually rely more on skill rather than just checking off a list and thus require practice, so it's hard to tell you exactly what to do as everyone has different skill levels. If you don't know how to approach a specific scenario or corner you can always look up a video of someone else completing it to get an idea. You can also press F2 to enable the mirror view to have extra vision without having to look directly at the mirrors. Other than that: just practice. I had a few scenarios of which I thought at the start there was no way I would make them, but after a dozen or so attempts I got closer and closer until I eventually finished them.
Personally I think Wedged, Scatterbrained, Starburst, Early Bird and Twisted are by far the most difficult, so perhaps you want to skip those. Your mileage may vary of course.
While these trailers are quite difficult to control this is a bit more straight forward as you are not restricted by other achievements within the module. No pressure to get three stars, no time limit and no camera restrictions. There are 18 scenarios to select from, so you can skip quite a few of the more difficult ones.

Shouldn't be too difficult as the speed is really low and the escort vehicles will clear the road.
DLC - Scandinavia
https://store.steampowered.com/app/304212/Euro_Truck_Simulator_2__Scandinavia/
When you visit a city it will be marked with a yellow colour on the map. Smaller locations without garage do also count.

DLC - Vive la France!
https://store.steampowered.com/app/531130/Euro_Truck_Simulator_2__Vive_la_France/
When you visit a city it will be marked with a yellow colour on the map. Smaller locations without garage do also count. Some northern cities of France are available in the base game and also count for the achievement.
There are various landmarks to be found next to the road in France. You simply need to drive past them. The following landmarks can be found:
There are five nuclear plants in France. They are located at named locations with a smaller name tag, which indicate there is no garage available.
- Civaux
- Golfech
- Paluel
- Saint-Alban-du-Rhône
- Saint-Laurent
There are eight cargo airport terminals in France.
- Bastia
- Brest
- Calvi
- Clermont-Ferrand
- Montepellier
- Nantes
- Paris
- Toulouse
There are seven truck stops in France. This achievement is much harder than the other similar ones, as these jobs tend to be really rare. Your best option is probably to look for a quick job. You need at least one point in the ADR skill related to fuel. Make sure you also get the correct type of cargo as listed in the description. Sometimes you will see jobs with different ADR cargo, but those won't count. All of them are located near a highway and not really in a city, but you need to look for the following destinations.
- Bordeaux
- Le Havre
- Le Mans
- Limoges
- Marseille
- Montpellier
- Nantes
DLC - Italia
https://store.steampowered.com/app/558244/Euro_Truck_Simulator_2__Italia/
When you visit a city it will be marked with a yellow colour on the map. Smaller locations without garage do also count. Some northern cities of Italy are available in the base game and also count for the achievement.
Sicilia is the island south of mainland Italy.
You simply need to drive past these two famous volcanoes. Etna can be found on Sicilia along highway A18, south of Messina. The Vesuvius is located along highway A2 southeast of Naples.
The quarry is not named Carrara anywhere in the game. It just uses one of the fictional companies. The quarry is located north of the city.
- Livorno
- A1 (southeast)
- A24 (northeast)
- A90 (north)
- A91 (west)
There are three shipyards in Italy.
- Ancona
- Messina
- Olbia
DLC - Beyond the Baltic Sea
https://store.steampowered.com/app/925580/Euro_Truck_Simulator_2__Beyond_the_Baltic_Sea/
When you visit a city it will be marked with a yellow colour on the map. Smaller locations without garage do also count.

- Latvia
- Lithuania
- Russia
- Estonia ⇔ Latvia
- Estonia ⇔ Russia
- Finland ⇔ Russia
- Latvia ⇔ Lithuania
- Lithuania ⇔ Russia
- Luga
- Pskov
- Sosnovy Bor
- St. Petersburg
- Vyborg
Concrete plants can be found in Baltic countries. Unlike most other similar achievements this time the company is the starting point. You can use the same starting location multiple times. The concrete company Radus can also be found in various cities added by other expansions. However, doing jobs for those companies does not count. You need to pick from the list below.
Estonia
- Tartu
- Kouvala
- Tampere
- St. Petersburg
There are a whopping sixteen farms in the Baltic countries. Some cities have two farms. In that case you can bring cargo to both farms. The farms have a different name in each country.
Estonia
- Narva
- Pärnu (two farms)
- Tartu
Finland
- Helsinki
- Kouvola
Latvia
- Dougavpils
- Liepāja (two farms)
- Riga
- Valmiera
- Ventspils
Lithuania
- Utena (two farms)
Russia
- Kaliningrad
- St. Petersburg
This one is a little bit more complex. Unlike the other similar achievements this one requires you to bring two deliveries to each type of location for a total of six deliveries. Some companies also have a different name in each country. Refer to the list below for all cities and companies. I highly recommend making a list for yourself to note which jobs you already completed, as it is really easy to lose track on this one.
The furniture factory is the same company in each country.
Estonia

- Helsinki
- Daugavpils
- Rēzekne
- Riga
- Šiauliai
Paper mills have a different name in each country.

DLC - Road to the Black Sea
https://store.steampowered.com/app/1056760/Euro_Truck_Simulator_2__Road_to_the_Black_Sea/
When you visit a city it will be marked with a yellow colour on the map. Smaller locations without garage do also count.
Countries part of this expansion:- Bulgaria
- Romania
- Turkey
- Constanța ⇔ Mangalia
- Mangalia ⇔ Varna
- Varna ⇔ Burgas
- Burgas ⇔ Istanbul
This achievement can be a bit painful due to two reasons. The first problem is that the first three cities are really close to each other (around 50km) and short jobs tend to be more rare. You can increase the odds by going to gameplay settings and set that you prefer short distances. The second problem is that Mangalia isn't really a city and has just one company. It's really hard to get a job to either of the two required cities. The easiest way is to put Mangalia as destination for both Constanta and Varna.
- South of Craiova
- Between Bucharest and Ruse
- Between Mangalia and Varna
- North of Edirne (two crossings)
The ferry is located in Romania, south of Galați.
There are various landmarks to be found next to the road in Balkan countries. You simply need to drive past them. The following landmarks can be found:
- Paris ⇒ Strasbourg
- Strasbourg ⇒ Munich
- Munich ⇒ Vienna
- Vienna ⇒ Budapest
- Budapest ⇒ Bucharest
- Bucharest ⇒ Istanbul
Speaks for itself. You could combine this with some of the long distance achievements of the base game, but you may have already completed those if you work through the expansions one by one. Just like those achievements you need six points in the Long Distance skill to get jobs of the required length. Get ready to drive for like an hour!
DLC - Iberia
https://store.steampowered.com/app/1209460/Euro_Truck_Simulator_2__Iberia/
When you visit a city it will be marked with a yellow colour on the map. Smaller locations without garage do also count.

Portugal
- Lisbon
- Porto
- Sines
- Algeciras
- Barcelona
- Bilbao
- Gijón
- Málaga
- Tarragona
- Valencia
- Vigo
There are five solar power plants in Iberia, all located in Spain. As mentioned by the achievement only ADR cargo counts, so you need at least one point in the ADR skill, but more will help you find jobs easier of course.
Spain
- Badajoz
- Ciudad Real
- Granada
- Puertollano
- Seville
There are four shipyards in Iberia. It's the same company in both countries.
Portugal

Start a job in any of the two cities towards the other city and carefully drive there. The road consists of a very narrow mountain pass with a lot of sharp corners, so take your time!
- Rijeka ⇒ Zadar
- Zadar ⇒ Split
- Split ⇒ Nikšić
This is all about simulating a full production chain, requiring you to move various cargo required for each step to make campervans in the correct order. Only the starting point is of importance. It needs to be a specific type of cargo from a specific company for each step. By using the search bar on the top right when selecting a job you can easily filter for the correct cargo.
For step 1 and step 2 you need to use the same company as starting point. First you need to deliver Ore, followed by Aluminium Ingots.
Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Karakaj
- Mostar
- Nikšić
- Podgorica
For step 3 you need to deliver Electrical Wiring.
Albania

- Each destination must be a different city.
- The cargo needs to be olives or olive oil.
Have fun reloading the job list a ton of times to get a delivery that matches all requirements.
- Kalamata
- Mitilini
There are four quarries in Greece. The marble cargo has different models in the game, so sometimes it can be hard to tell what counts as a block or slab. Just check the cargo description to be sure. For this achievement the quarries below are the starting point. There's also an other company in Greece offering marble deliveries, but those don't count. You need to pick from the list below.
- Argostoli
- Athens
- Kavala
- Lamia
DLC - Nordic Horizons
https://store.steampowered.com/app/2780810/Euro_Truck_Simulator_2__Nordic_Horizons/
When you visit a city it will be marked with a yellow colour on the map. Smaller locations without garage do also count.

Viewpoints are markers where you can start a cutscene, giving you a bird's eye view of a nearby place of interest. They are shown as a grey icon with a film camera on the map. You can check the gallery in the menu to see which viewpoints you already visited. The viewpoint Fjord Porsanger is hidden on the map and will only show up when you are near.
- Ivalo ⇒ Kiruna
- Kiruna ⇒ Svolvær
Multiple companies offer this cargo, but in my experience they don't show up that often in the freight market. A much easier option seems to be to use your own trailer and use the cargo market instead. When going this route make sure to use an insulated or refrigerated trailer, as otherwise the salmon fillet won't show up as option. Both cities are located in Norway, so you just need to make sure your two deliveries are any two other unique countries. As suggested by the achievement icon you should probably opt for Sweden and Finland. You can use the same starting location twice. It seems Alta usually has more refrigerated cargo on offer, so a higher chance to get the correct job.
