Mortal Kombat X - All Achievements

I made this guide to Help people that are trying to 100% MK X, I know I'm late to make part of the community, but there are a lot of people like me that are buying this game years after it's release.

I had to do a lot o research to find out how to get some achievements, and most in different places or in a non organized matter.

Since I haven't found a guide on steam that I could use for everything, like the mad Titan, I tought " fine i'll do it myself"

Create a sun ray with Kotal Kahn and perform a flip stance 5 times while in the ray Hara Kiri:

Almighty: Complete a Test Your Might Tower

This one is pretty hard, if you don't care about getting it by beaking your fingers or your pad, there are some tatics you can try.

The first tatic would be to use an object (pen o battery) to glide over the buttons.

You need to hold the controller steady. You can put it on a table or on your lap, but it need to be held in place.
Leave a finger on the trigger that confirms the action (L2/LT) and use the object to glide over the 4 buttons back and forth. Hit the trigger when the circle turns green.

The second tatic is to set a macro on steam.

Set the buttons 1 and 3 to one velocity and the buttons 2 and 4 to another, both as high as possible, turn the macro on and it will do all the levels by itself.

This achievement CAN be done in pratice mode.

DLC characters are NOT needed for this achievement.

The video that used to be in this guide was took down, so I att the guide and put this one in.

I don't really recommend rushing this achievement, there are so many grindy achievements that feels like there is no point in grinding this one, but... since this is a guide I'll explain how to grind it anyways.

You NEED the Brutality Kombat modifier for this.

It's pretty simple, equip the Kombat card with the most Faction exp you have. Go to "two player" -> Kustom Kombat - Pick a character with an easy Butality -> choose the Brutality Kombat modifier.

As soon as the match starts use your butality, the map does not matter.

Keep rematching and doing this till you get faction lvl 50 with every faction.

Here are some of the easiest Brutalities:

Scorpion - Shirai Ryu Fire
Reptile - Heart Attack
Shinok - Gory Hole
Erron Black - Quick Draw
Jason - Blunt Trauma

This achievement was easier than I expected, still grindy thou.

A thing most people have doubts about is if the hits on the boss armor counts, they don't.

The way to do it is to use characters with multi hitting combos or a parry. The multi hits will break the enemy armor in one combo or two, characters with parrry will just ignore the enemy armor. I suggest trying both, some people have an easier time doing "A" some people have an easier time doing "B".

This mode only lasts for 24 hours, but you can do it in less than 1 hour.

I tried both methods, the multi hit and the parry and I'll explain both.

First I'll explain the mode I find easier and the one that I used for the majority of the grind.

Pick Raiden (Thunder God Variation) and spam the combo: Square (X-box X), Square (X-box X), Triangle(X-box Y) HOLD, Triangle(X-box Y) HOLD.

The second method is way harder, but is more efficient, it just takes more skill.

For this method you need to pick Liu Kang. Use your parry to get free hits, use your X-Ray attack to break the enemy's armor, use fast multi hitting combos when the enemy has no armor.

It's simple to understand but difficult to execute.

So... again... this information is from somewhere else, I did my research and find out a simple guide that helped me to get the achievement, and I'll leave the link below if you want to check it out.

For this achievement you will need to defeat (find) a secret opponent in a living tower.
(Edit: I got this achievement as soon as the fight show up, I didn't even had to fight the secret opponent)

You can ONLY find a secret fight in EXPECIFIC PREMIER TOWERS. premier towers lasts for a week and you have to wait till an expecific premier tower is up.

Wait, It gets worse. Even if the right tower is up, you need to meet the tower's requirements to trigger the secret fight.

I'll list here the towers and their supposed requirements (looks like some of those are not needed) and in the end the external link where I found this information:

MORTAL KOMBAT I:

Reach the 6th opponent
Get a Flawless Victory (No Damage Taken) in Round 1 or 2
Win Round 2 with a Brutality or Fatality. Alternatively, you can also win with an X-Ray Move (l2 + r2) in this tower, but you must perform it after the words "Finish Him/Her" appear on the screen.

MORTAL KOMBAT II:

Reach the 8th opponent
Win Round 2 with a Brutality or Fatality.

MORTAL KOMBAT III:

Reach the 3rd or 8th opponent, your choice
Win Round 2 with a Brutality or Fatality

MORTAL KOMBAT IV:

Reach the 7th opponent
Win Round 2 with a Brutality or Fatality

TROPHY HUNTER (PREDATOR TOWER):

Reach the 4th opponent
Get a Flawless Victory (No Damage Taken) in Round 1 or 2
Win Round 2 with a Brutality or Fatality

THE DAY OF LOVE (VALENTINE'S DAY TOWER):

Reach the 7th opponent
Get a Flawless Victory (No Damage Taken) in Round 1 or 2
Win Round 2 with a Brutality or Fatality. Alternatively, you can also win with an X-Ray Move (l2 + r2) in this tower, but you must perform it after the words "Finish Him/Her" appear on the screen.

WHO'S NEXT:

Reach the 9th opponent
Win Round 2 with a Brutality or Fatality.

Unlock 50 Kustom Kombat Modifiers

There are 3 ways to collect the modifiers:

Farming the Hourly Living towers (not every single one is unlockable)
Some Chests in the Krypt
The Shrine of the Dead in the Krypt

In my opnion you should focus the Hourly Living Towers. Check the towers from time to time to see if you don't have the modifier, complete the tower and go have some fun or grind something else till spawn another tower.

I say that because you can get only 15 modifiers from the Krypt(11 from chests, 4 from the Shrine).

I'll leave below the location of all the chests with modifiers, after that I'll link of II The Beard ||'s "How to unlock the The Kollector achievement" guide, I suggest checking out the original guide, he clearly put effort on it and made a complete guide of the Krypt to help you if you don't have everything needed to access any of the chests.
