Astolfo Build
Looks/Appearance
Stats/Special
Strength: 3
Astolfo repeatedly admits he isn't physically strong, and he is described as a weak knight.
Perception: 4
He isn't unaware to danger, His senses are very normal. his evaporation of reasoning only affects his general intellect, impulsivity, and memory. So he's just off.
Endurance: 4
He is not built like Siegfried or Mordred. He survives by dodging, Escaping, Riding, and luck.
Charisma: 8
One of Astolfo's most defining traits. He is optimistic and it's contagious, and also, he's a femboy!
Intelligence: 4
He isn't stupid, He is impulsive and forgetful. His curse Evaporation of reasoning) only affects Restraint, Planning, and Secrecy. He is not stupid, only acts before thinking.
Agility: 8
He's known for speed, dodging, riding, and mobility.
Luck: 9
He is extremely lucky and official material states so.

I don't see any other required perks.
some additional ones don't see as required are:
Toughness, Silent running, Stonewall, Explorer, Piercing strike, and Quick draw.
Equipment
Armor:
Reinforced leather armor or reinforced combat armor. I haven't seen him in any headgear, so i say headgear here is a No No. (If you have DLC's, i'd say lightweight leather armor is ok for the start)
Some optional armors are: Assassin suit, and Stealth suit (those are in the DLC's). A non-DLC optional armor is the chinese stealth armor.
Weapons:
Machete gladius, Machete, Chance's knife, Shishkebab, And maybe a power fist. (If you have DLC's, i'd say you can get the GRA Katana from mick and ralph's or another vendor and use it 100%, But i'd say the broad machete should be used only at start)
Some optional weapons are: Cleaver, Bumper sword, and Proton axe.
Implants (optional):
Luck implant, Sub-Dermal armor implant, and Agility implant.
