What is the problem due to?

This problem is caused by the game's audio codec, which is incompatible with certain PC sound cards. Upon detecting this, the game begins to prioritize music heard on the strip or on physical radios, but completely avoids the Pip Boy's music, rendering Radio Music Mojave useless and rendering it impossible to listen to Mr. New Vegas, since he always repeats his monologues and never plays the music.

How to fix this?

To fix this problem, download the app through MediaFire. Once you download and open the program, AC3Filter will fix the problem with the audio codec and the aforementioned music. You'll now be able to listen to Frank Sinatra or Dean Martin again.

This solution will work as long as you don't uninstall AC3Filter. You don't need to open the program every time you open the game. Just open it the first time, and you won't have to open it every time you play.

Since I can't post the full link, just copy the mediafrie link and fill it out. It will direct you to the program download.

important note:

Fallout 3 also runs with this radio problem and reaches a point where the game starts to prioritize the music from the audio codec that does not work and this causes a bottleneck where the game starts to lose FPS and after a while the FPS will return to normal but the game will stop responding to both the keyboard and the mouse and you will be forced to restart your PC, AC3filter solves this radio problem in Fallout 3 and the problem mentioned about the bottleneck
