How to fix Total War Launcher lag

1. Press Win+R.
2. Type %appdata% then enter.
3. Navigate to X:\Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Launcher
4. Delete launcher.log.

(Optional - Permanent solution)

5. Start game launcher, then close it.
6. Right-click launcher.log then click Properties.
7. Tick Read-Only, apply, ok.
