Acquiring Skill Cards Guide

Skill cards are one-time use items that you can use to give one of your protagonist's personas the stated skill. These can be acquired in two ways:

At the end of each battle, if a Shuffle Time triggers, there is a chance a random skill card will be available for you to grab.
Alternatively, once you gain access to Okina City by riding your scooter 3x locally, you can go to Chagall Cafe (far left of Okina City) where you can obtain specific skill cards depending on the persona you currently have equipped.

Once you get your hands on a skill card, you can enter the Velvet room and give it to Marie and she will allow you to purchase as many copies as you want. Registering skill cards is also required for one of P4G's achievements, Card Collector, which requires the player to have registered 100 skill cards.

This guide will be split into two sections, the first covering shuffle time skill cards, and the second covering chagall cafe skill cards. Do note that there are some spoilers here, mainly dungeon names and persona names.

Skill Card Availability

Skill cards earned from Shuffle Time are separated by the rank of the card you obtain. Naturally, the harder the dungeon, the higher the available ranks are.

*Skill cards lower rank than listed can still drop, but aren't included due to their low drop rate

There are some low rank skill cards that might be shuffle time exclusive, they will be marked with an asterisk (*) after the skill name.

While most skill cards can be obtained via Shuffle Time, there are some skills that are persona exclusive only. Not to mention, farming for skill cards and relying on RNG to give you the card you need is not very fun. Here's a list of all the skills available for all the personas you can acquire in the game. Unlocking their skill's skill card may require you to level them up so they can learn the skill first. Also note that going to the cafe with the persona will remove the skill card icon for that persona forever, so register that persona to your compendium before you go to the cafe, so you can resummon it and go to the cafe again if you prefer doing that over buying the skill card from Marie.


All skill cards that are cafe exclusive will be marked with an asterisk (*) after the skill name.
