Multimode use of your 4-way D-Pad on your Logitech Wheel
  • Quick camera view: hold to look left/right.
  • Set radio and volume: hold a green Shift Button
  • Set mirrors on-the-go: hold a red Shift Button or arrow key

  • Hidden features: Suspension, mirror adjuster, Set day 10:00, Trip-counter-reset.
  • Smoother Steering on highways: nonlinearity mod by Clysop

Installation

  • 1. Replace your existing "controls.sii" file by my modified file:

    You will find your controls file about here: mydocuments/Eurotruck/steam-profiles/
  • 2. Start game
  • 3. Go to > options > controls
    and set up your controler devices in correct order 1 to 5 like this:

    recommended: Use your Wheel as a Gamepad for Menu navigation:
    No more mouse an keyboard needed to get on the road!
    You can navigate the map, Joblist and ingame menu right on your 4-way D-Pad

    • click "Reset" and select your Logitech Wheel "as mouse input"
    • Your mouse cursor is now drifting down, when you release the pedal throttle.
      To stop this cursor drift permanently, you need quit the game an set
      - "uset i_controller_cursor_speed" to 0.1 or lower in config.cfg file.
    • restart game and now you can navigate the menu on your pad like you ar used on a XBox Gamepad:
    - ok = "X"
    - back = "O"
    - Browse pages will be on the paddles
    - Brows Joblist will be the upper triangle button
